Fading icons
This is a planned feature that is already in the latest SVN's.
It does it fadesout all icons other than the one that you have under your cursor.
Before mouse is over icon:

As you can see, the icons get faded out, except for the one which the mouse hovers above, which in this case is the Firefox icon.
